Charlotte, NC – South Florida-based Sunshine Cleaning Systems Chief Operations Officer Randy Kierce recently announced the promotion of Cy Angelos to Carolinas Operations Manager. Angelos started his career at Sunshine in 2008 in Fort Lauderdale, developing an expertise in floor care, especially Terrazzo. After serving as Area Manager in Florida, he transferred in 2013 to the company’s office in Charlotte to oversee floor care at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
In his new role, he will manage all service departments for Sunshine throughout both North and South Carolina. Among the company’s customers in the area are the City of Columbia; ramp cleaning, Terrazzo care, and surface floor cleaning at the Douglas Airport; the NASCAR Hall of Fame; and the Charlotte Convention Center.
“Cy has proven his skills as a leader as he has worked his way through the ranks at Sunshine,” said Kierce. “His knowledge of floor care is unmatched, and I know he will continue to build the company’s presence in the Carolina region.”
