(South Florida) – Sunshine Cleaning Systems (sunclean.com), a women-owned, privately-held integrated cleaning company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale since 1976, recently signed a contract to provide commercial cleaning services to the City of Sunrise, adding to its growing roster of municipality customers.
The contract, which begins for two years with two one-year renewals, covers more than 20 different locations in the City. Sunshine will be responsible for comprehensive janitorial services in such locations as City Hall, the City’s four Fire Stations and the municipal golf course, Springtree. From floors, doors and elevators to fixtures, restrooms and office areas, the Sunshine team will work at most locations five days a week and some up to seven days a week.
