I was greatly impressed by the hospitality and professionalism shown by all the housekeeping staff that I encountered in the Charlotte Airport during four recent layovers. I recognize that housekeeping can be a difficult job at times, but every housekeeping employee that I encountered smiled warmly and displayed a genuine pride and concern for their work. I would choose to fly through Charlotte in the future over other airports, because your housekeeping employees are the best!
